Paislee turns 1

http://roysadieperry.blogspot.com/2013/10/paislee-grace.html

There's a link to Miss Paislee's birth story.  I can NOT believe this little girl is one!  That was the fastest year of my life.  I wish I could go back in time and just hold and snuggle my newborn baby for just a little longer.  Every stage is fun and different, but my favorite is the first two months.  Paislee is turning into such a little toddler these days.  She walks quite a bit, but sometimes still crawls.  She loves to empty all the drawers in the house from the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen leaving a trail of destruction behind.  Paislee can say Mama, Dada, Uh-Oh, shake her head No, woof like a dog, tries to say ball, and goat.  She makes the CUTEST fish lips and gives sweet, slobbery kisses to mom and dad.  She is so loved by so many.  Its so fun seeing her learn and grow each and every day.  Last week we went to Saint George with my sister (aunt Jame) to get a car, Pais and I then stayed the night with my mom (grandma Dallas) and went onto SLC on Thursday morning.  P had a few meltdowns in the car, but did okay.  She loved chewing on jerky and crackers.  I also fed her grapes, popcorn, and water from her sippy.  We met Roy and the other kids in Salt Lake for dentist appointments where all three kids went away cavity free-YAHOO!  After having dinner at Texas Roadhouse, we went back to the hotel, went swimming, and to bed.  Friday morning, Paislee's birthday, we got up and ready and hit a couple stores while the birthday girl slept then it was on to the Aquarium.  We had lots of fun looking at all the sea creatures, Pais and I loved the penguins.  She was fascinated by them!  It was adorable.  Then we went to Hooters for a late lunch, early dinner, hit Sam's club, and headed for home.  Paislee slept from the mouth of Parley's canyon clear until ft Duschesne-that includes stopping in Heber for gas, potty, and drinks.  Kadence also slept quite a ways.  It was a nice ride home.  We had a little birthday party with cake, ice cream, and brownies Sunday night with our families.  P wasn't really into the cake like I thought she would be but it was still fun to get together with everyone that came and visit.  Pics to come later....
